
Well it appears if you look at my online weight tracker that I am stuck. I lose a pound and I gain a pound. It takes me a month to lose the pound I gained. That is the ugly cycle I have been for the last few months. Part of me is frustrated but the other part is proud. I guess you can say I have learned how to maintain my weight. I have never maintained my weight before!
I was not expecting a good number on the scale. The last couple of weeks I have been addicted to sugar. I have finally got over it when I ate an entire bag of robbin eggs. Let me tell you I felt very sick afterwards but I no longer feel the need to eat sweets. Also, earning 15 AP in two days means that my muscles are still repairing and retaining water. However, I am fully back and focused. I have accepted my Weight Watchers leader's challenge of paper tracking vs. using etools this week. My goal for the week is to ride my bike for at least 30 minutes a day and to paper track EVERYTHING!!! NO EXCUSES!!!!
As you can see from my tracker above 13 lbs to go. I CAN DO THIS!!!
